About Yeshua's L.A.M.P.
Yeshua’s L.A.M.P. isn’t just a good idea, it’s God’s vision. In 2024, during a season of complete surrender, He met our founder Tracey Lockwood in a powerful way. After a sudden medical condition brought her successful career to a halt, Tracey found herself at the end of her strength. It was in that place of brokenness that God did His deepest work, not just in her body, but in her heart.
He restored her, replaced fear with peace, and gave her a passion to live boldly for Him. When she returned to her role in the marketplace, something had shifted. She no longer found her identity in titles or performance. Her heart now longed to lead like Jesus, with grace, purpose, and authenticity.
But stepping back into the same environment with a new perspective wasn’t always easy. The goals, expectations, and rhythms of the workplace hadn’t changed, but she had. Learning to follow Christ while honoring her workplace led to new questions, new tensions, and a deeper dependence on God. Through it all, He began to reveal a bigger purpose: to come alongside others who feel the same pull.
Yeshua’s L.A.M.P. exists to equip Christ-followers with biblical leadership, discipleship, and community so they can live and lead faithfully wherever God has placed them and fulfill the Great Commission in the marketplace.
