At the Yeshua’s L.A.M.P., we believe the local church is the heartbeat of God’s Kingdom, and that strong, Spirit-led leadership in the marketplace begins with strong connection to the Body of Christ. This page was created specifically for pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders who want to support the believers in their congregations who lead in business, education, healthcare, public service, and more.
Yeshua’s L.A.M.P. stands for Leadership As Mission in Practice, but it can also stand for Light As Mission in Practice and Love As Mission in Practice, as they all represent our vision and the mission to fulfill the Great Commission issued by our Father.
We’re a collaborative, interdenominational initiative that equips Christian professionals to live and lead faithfully in secular spaces. We are not a replacement for the church, we are here to reinforce its mission by helping leaders walk out their faith with conviction, clarity, and Kingdom purpose in every boardroom, break room, and business decision. We believe the marketplace is our mission field.

True L.A.M.P. (now Yeshua’s L.A.M.P.) is in the process of transitioning from an organized leadership collective to a WA nonprofit ministry. As part of that transformation, we’ve updated our name & logo to better reflect our mission and Kingdom purpose.

Here’s how you can partner with us:
📣 Share the Vision
Introduce Yeshua’s L.A.M.P. to your church family. We’ve created brochures, announcement slides, and digital flyers to make it easy.
🛠️ Display Materials.
Set out brochures or rack cards in your church lobby, welcome center, or ministry offices. If you host conferences or leadership gatherings, we’d love to provide resources there as well.
📆 Promote an Upcoming Event
Include our event announcements in your bulletin, email newsletter, or social media. We’ll provide clear, pre-written copy and graphics, no extra work on your end.
🏠 Open Your Doors as a Host Site
We’re looking to partner with churches in our region to host future Yeshua’s L.A.M.P. gatherings, including quarterly events, workshops, or networking sessions. If your facility could support a gathering of Christian leaders, we’d love to speak with you about making your space a Kingdom venue.
🎙️ Invite Tracey to Share
